Trish Alexander has been a certified yoga teacher since 1998 and gained her certification in Aqua Kriya Yoga in 2013. She has accumulated over 500 hours of training. What makes teaching yoga in the water especially delightful for Trish is how easeful and accessible some of the traditional poses on land become especially to those students with injuries who find yoga on the mat difficult. It’s also fascinating to see how some poses considered "easy" on the mat are more intense in the pool.
