SamanthaSamantha is a practicing Feminine Empowerment Leader, Yoga & Sacred Movement Teacher, Holistic Health Coach and Intuitive Healer & Spiritual Guide.
She comes with knowledge of a wide range of healing modalities through her extensive travel worldwide. She has 15 years experience working in the fast growing evolutionary field of Holistic & Spiritual Wellness. Samantha began her study of Contemporary Dance in Wales and certified as Expressive Yoga Dance Teacher. She is a certified Reiki Master from the Tsui System of Natural Healing, has received 200hr Yoga Teacher Training from Prana Yoga College in Thailand, certified at Institute of Integrated Nutrition - New York as a Holistic Health Counselor, certified Metatronia Healer with the Metatronia Foundation of Light - UK, certified Woman’s Teacher Training Facilitator from the Awakening Woman Institute – Greece, Danyasa Yoga Arts, exploring the Artful Warriors – Costa Rica besides Ms. Sofia Thom. Samantha is the creator of Sisters of Light.
TrishTrish Alexander has been a certified yoga teacher since 1998 and gained her certification in Aqua Kriya Yoga in 2013. She has accumulated over 500 hours of training. What makes teaching yoga in the water especially delightful for Trish is how easeful and accessible some of the traditional poses on land become especially to those students with injuries who find yoga on the mat difficult. It’s also fascinating to see how some poses considered "easy" on the mat are more intense in the pool.
