While current restrictions impact the Resortâ€™s operational and service capabilities, we remain open to continue servicing our in-house guests and to welcome arriving guests.
Due to these restrictions and limited services, a vacationerâ€™s ability to truly enjoy our beautiful Resort and island is significantly affected. We strongly recommend that you contact our Reservations team to confirm up-to-date amenity and service offerings in advance.
We are eager to welcome you back but rest assured, the health and safety of our guests, staff and local community is our number one priority. Careful consideration has been given on the decision to re-open.

Each department has detailed operating procedures derived from best practices in social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing. A comprehensive set of guidelines for the Hotels in Bermuda to follow is currently being shared among the Hotel Employers of Bermuda and can be shared with you upon request.
While we strive to provide our regular services, due to Government regulations, some amenities and activities, including dining, Natura Spa and gym are limited. Please refer to the link below or give us a call to confirm up-to-date information on our amenities and activities.

Effective May 2:
All immunized travelers, entering Bermuda, with a negative pre-arrival test will not be required to quarantine after receiving a negative arrival test. And still required to test on day 4, 8 and 14 if applicable.
All non-immunized travelers, entering Bermuda, are required to quarantine for 4 days, until a negative test result on day 4 test.
Effective June 6:
All non-immunized travelers, entering Bermuda, are required to quarantine for 14 days at a designated and supervised facility at their own expense.

Bermuda meets the Covid-19 testing requirement for visitors leaving the country travelling to the U.S., Canada or U.K. Any visitor in need of an outbound test, not already covered by the existing testing program, is automatically booked for a return home test.
